In Manjärv there is an archaeological trail with stone-age tombs, hut foundations, stone-age settlements, trapping pits and more. Hunters and trappers lived in this area for 3,000 years, and there are about twenty different sites in the area with traces of settlements. Two graves have also been found, containing red ochre.
