At Älvsbyn Sports Center, you can work out in a new, modern gym of almost 400 square meters. The gym is equipped with cardio and strength machines, training equipment, and two group exercise rooms. There are machines and weights for training all muscle groups, for both strength and cardio.
Opening Hours Unstaffed hours: For members, the gym is open from 5 AM to 11 PM every day, providing plenty of opportunities to train at times that suit you.
