A SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE EVENT
Gathering from 9:00 AM at Vistträsk beach, nearest address is Vistbacka 33.
Bring swimwear, running gear, and a bike. A regular bicycle is fine.
Bike helmet is mandatory. E-bikes are not allowed.

The race starts at 10:00 AM. Those competing will start in the first wave.
A few minutes later, the try-it-out group will start at a more relaxed pace.

The swim starts in the water and turns back after 200 meters.
A safety raft will be on the lake.

After the swim, participants switch to biking: 16 km around Lake Vistträsk.
The bike route is on open roads — regular traffic rules apply.

About one third of the route is gravel road; the rest is paved.
Before transitioning to the run, participants will bike through Vistträsk,
where hopefully a cheering crowd awaits. Please respect pedestrians.

The run is 3 km on forest trails along the Vistträsk lighted trail.
Boardwalks and tree roots occur along the path.

Water stations will be available during both the cycling and running segments.

Honorary prizes will be awarded to the top 10 male and female competitors.
No prizes in the try-it-out category.
