Discover the region’s rich baking heritage, learn about the history of Polarbröd, and explore traditional baking craftsmanship preserved from the early 20th century. Three generations of the Baker Nilsson family worked in this building, and it was here that the Tioöreskaka—the predecessor of today’s famous Polarbröd flatbread—was developed in the 1920s.

Visitors are welcome to bake their own bread, enjoy a coffee break, and experience Polarbröd’s sustainable baking traditions.
