Come and enjoy some refreshments with us this summer. You can indulge in Polarklämmor, coffee, beverages, ice cream, and delicious pastries. Sit down in our cozy bakery museum or outside on our lovely wooden deck.
Learn about the local bakery industry, the history of Polarbröd, and the old baking craftsmanship preserved since the turn of the century. Three generations of the Bagar-Nilsson family have worked in this building, and Tioöreskakan, the predecessor to today’s Polarkaka, was developed here as early as the 1920s.
Feel free to bake your own bread, enjoy some refreshments, and learn about Polarbröd’s sustainable baking tradition.
