During two exclusive summer evenings, you are invited to an extraordinary culinary experience as Michelin-starred chef Amanda Eriksson visits Storforsen.
Together with her husband, Cristian Scalco, Amanda runs the restaurant Wood in Cervinia, located at the foot of the Matterhorn in the Italian Alps. In November 2023, Wood was awarded its first Michelin star and has since attracted diners from around the world.
Raised in Älvsbyn, Amanda combines the flavors and ingredients that shaped her upbringing with Italian culinary traditions and influences from Asian cuisine. Using the finest seasonal ingredients, exceptional precision, and a distinctive personal style, she creates dishes that both surprise and inspire.
An exclusive wine pairing featuring carefully selected Italian wines, handpicked by Cristian, is available with dinner. Each wine has been chosen to complement the evening’s menu and create a harmonious experience where food and wine come together in perfect balance.
With a limited number of seats available, the event offers an intimate and personal atmosphere where world-class gastronomy meets the spectacular natural surroundings of Storforsen. A unique opportunity to experience Amanda Eriksson’s Michelin-starred cuisine in her home region.
