Food and exercise go hand in hand. Many athletes give 100% during training but forget that nutrition and recovery are essential to achieving results. Everyone eats several meals a day – so why not eat in a way that supports your training?
Emma Lindblom, nutritionist working with the Swedish Sports Confederation, will give the lecture.
