Bring the kids to a cozy fairy tale show full of vampire adventures, music, and dance. The show explores the difficulty of feeling like an outsider, but also the joy of saving a friend and becoming a hero for a day!
The book Ylva will read during the performance is about Pyro, the super-allergic vampire. He can hardly tolerate anything—only dumb old blood juice. And unlike the others, he can’t go out in the sunshine either. But what happens when Pyro decides to ignore all that and runs outside anyway?
The story comes to life with the help of slideshows, sound, and dramatization, all accompanied by original music, song, and dance written by Klas Backman and the artists themselves.
Ylva Hällen and Sara Edwardsson are well-known from a variety of TV and radio programs and as authors of the book series Förskolan Skräckis. The fairy tale show is based on one of the books from the Förskolan Skräckis series.
Organized by the Älvsbyn Folkets Hus Association and Älvsbyn Municipality’s Culture and Leisure Department. The performance is part of Älvsbyn Municipality’s free autumn holiday program.
The entrance opens at 1:00 PM—children can color pictures and buy treats at the cinema kiosk while waiting for the show to begin.
After the show, there will be an opportunity to purchase signed books.
